order confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and purchase details. You can cancel your order or change your shipping details within 6 hours. After the 6 hours, the order will be processed and no changes will be possible. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation.
tracking the shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with an updated shipping confirmation and a tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. During the first few days after receiving the shipment update email, the tracking information may not yet be available. Packages may take several days to be scanned. This is normal and does not affect the estimated delivery date.
The delivery times
Delivery is only possible within Germany and the delivery time is approximately 7 days from the date of dispatch.
How can I change my order details?
If you discover that you have made a mistake in the shipping address or during purchase, please email us as soon as possible and we will help you correct the information.
Please note that we can only change your order details within 12 hours.
Please check the order confirmation email you received immediately after placing your order to verify all information.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 6 hours to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please note that cancellation will incur a processing and transaction fee (10% of the total order value). If you attempt to cancel your order after you have received a shipping confirmation email, a refund will no longer be possible as the item has already been packed and shipped.

What is the return policy?
If the product is damaged or defective, please email us with the subject "Return: Damaged or Defective Item" along with your order number and a photo so that we can investigate the problem and find a final solution as soon as possible.
The return policy only applies to items that are damaged or have manufacturing defects. Refunds or exchanges are not possible if the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
